Thank you so much for
everyone that has brought in donations for the 100th day of school(Feb
12th)! We still need heart candies, red hots, raisins, and chocolate
chips.
I
would like students to make an abacus, however, I am in need of shoe
boxes! We will also need shoe boxes for
our Valentine’s Day cards that we will decorate in class!! That’s a total of 54 shoe boxes!!! If you have boxes, please send them
in!!! J
Here is a list of
students for Valentine’s Day cards. If
you plan on sending cards, EACH student must receive one. I also require that students write the names
themselves (instead of parents writing it for them). This is great handwriting practice!! If you do not want to purchase Valentine’s Day
cards you can have your child make them from scrap paper. If you want to have your child bring candy
for students, the same rule applies: Everyone must receive one!!!
If you do not want
your child to participate in the Valentine’s Day activities, please let me know
in advance and I will have something else prepared for them.
